Our Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Please note the following exceptions:

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Bath & Pedestal Mats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Bathroom Bins (for hygiene reasons)
  • Candles & Diffusers (once opened or used)
  • Bedding (if packaging has been opened)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your return request within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns address (provided with your RMA) using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing time
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We will ship the replacement item once we receive your return
  • You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item
