Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your home furnishings as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bath & Pedestal Mats
  • Bathroom Bins
  • Candles & Diffusers (once opened or used)
  • Bedding (if packaging has been opened)
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Conditions

To be eligible for return, items must be:

  • In original condition
  • Unused and unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Request Authorization: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Item name
    • Reason for return
    • Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
    • Photos if applicable
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repack in original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our returns address using a trackable method. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
  • We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
  • You’re responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
  • In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item

  • International returns may be subject to customs fees (customer’s responsibility)
