Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over £50): Shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your home furnishings as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bath & Pedestal Mats
- Bathroom Bins
- Candles & Diffusers (once opened or used)
- Bedding (if packaging has been opened)
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
Return Conditions
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- In original condition
- Unused and unwashed
- With all original tags attached
- In the original packaging
How to Return an Item
Follow these simple steps:
- Request Authorization: Email our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- Item name
- Reason for return
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
- Photos if applicable
- Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours (weekdays) with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Item: Securely repack in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send to our returns address using a trackable method. You’re responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchanges
For exchanges:
- Follow the same return process above
- Clearly state in your email that you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- We’ll ship the replacement once we receive your return
- You’re responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged item

- International returns may be subject to customs fees (customer’s responsibility)
- We recommend always using a trackable shipping method for returns
